• Direct messaging between users
• Account management and saved preferences

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To list properties or businesses, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

4. Listing Content and Guidelines

4.1 Your Responsibilities

When you create a listing, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to list the property or business
• All information provided is accurate and truthful
• Your listing does not violate any laws or regulations
• You have the rights to use any photos or content in your listing
• You will promptly update or remove outdated listings

4.2 Prohibited Content

You may not post content that:

• Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
• Violates intellectual property rights
• Contains illegal content or promotes illegal activities
• Is defamatory, harassing, or threatening
• Contains spam or unsolicited advertisements
• Includes personal information of others without consent
• Contains viruses or malicious code

4.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. However, we are not obligated to monitor all content.

5. Verification and Featured Listings

ThaiLocator may verify certain listings and mark them as "Verified" or feature them as "Featured Listings." Verification does not constitute an endorsement and does not guarantee the accuracy or quality of listings. Users should conduct their own due diligence.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Collect user information without consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the Services
• Circumvent any security features

7. Transactions and Payments

ThaiLocator is a platform that facilitates connections between users. We are not a party to any transactions between users. All agreements, contracts, and payments are directly between the buyer/renter and seller/owner.

Currently, our Services are provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce fees or premium features in the future, with advance notice to users.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Our Content

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by ThaiLocator and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

8.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. However, by posting content, you grant ThaiLocator a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Services.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Services are free of viruses or harmful components
• The results of using the Services will meet your requirements
• Any listings are accurate, complete, or reliable

You use the Services at your own risk. We are not responsible for verifying the identity, legitimacy, or qualifications of users or the accuracy of listings.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THAILOCATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of the Services
• Any bugs, viruses, or harmful code transmitted through the Services
• Any errors or omissions in content
• User content or conduct of third parties
